At Everprint International, we not only value your business but also respect your privacy. That's why whenever you visit us at Everprint.com, you'll never have to worry about whether or not information you share with us will be used without your permission.

When you send us email, submit a request for technical support or register for a service through our website, you will sometimes be asked to provide certain information. This is collected only to help us serve you, and will be used only for that purpose.

Everprint International Inc. will never distribute or sell information to other companies without first specifying to you, the user, that we intend to do so and giving you the opportunity to tell us you do not wish for your information to be shared. In these cases, Everprint International Inc. will always honor your request.

At Everprint International Inc., our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience every time you contact the company - whether in person, on the telephone or on the web. To that end, we will sometimes use cookies to help us evaluate your experience on our site. Cookies are a harmless method of tracking data through your web browser. They can only be downloaded by the site which issues them. Your web browser can be set to notify you when you are receiving a cookie and you can then decide whether or not to accept the cookie.

In addition to cookies, Everprint International Inc. uses web server logs to evaluate our web site and to discover what you find helpful and what you dont. The information in our server logs cannot be used to identify you personally. Essentially, at Everprint.com, you will remain anonymous until you decide to provide us with personal information.

Return Merchandise Authorization Policy

Important Note: All parts are certified to be tested, functional and free of defect prior to delivery. If the item does not function with the customer's equipment (computers,networks, etc.), Everprint cannot be held accountable. The customer is advised to consult with a service provider (or use Everprint's Training Program) to address any installation/configuration issues.

At Everprint, all outcomes of any returned product are subject to our diagnosis.

All returns, for whatever reason, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number.

If you choose to return a product, please contact our Service Department to obtain an RMA number within 10 business days of product delivery. The customer's RMA number is valid for 10 business days from the date issued, and the product must be returned to us within that time. Buyer pays for return shipping. All products must be returned in the original cartons with all original pieces,packing materials, and manuals with no markings on the box. Customers are required to document proper packing care when returning any product, or we reserve the right to claim damaged shipping due to customer’s improper packing care.

Everprint will test every returned product to diagnose the product condition. If we determined the product has no defect, or damaged due to customer’s improper installation or operation outside of normal wear and tear, the customer will be notified to take the product back at the customer’s shipping expense; no other option is accepted. All warranty, and eligibility to return is voided immediately if any sticker of “warranty void if removed” is tampered or removed, subject to our diagnosis. If a product proves to be defective, it will be replaced right away. If you need an immediate replacement before testing, a new purchase order will be required, and we will credit back to you the original invoice price minus the shipping cost.

Everprint International is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred in transit, nor for misuse, mishandling or accidental damage (including improper installation/connection) of the product by the customer. For particular parts purchased from Everprint International, we are also not responsible for damage to the part or the printer caused by defective elements external to that particular part.

Manuals, consumable items (e.g., printer head, ink/toner cartridge, fuser assembly),and special order items are not refundable.

Any canceled order will be charged 25% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater.
