We must be notified
of any defective product within 10 days following ship date. Please contact
our Service Department to obtain a return authorization number ( RMA ). The
customers RMA #
is valid for 15 days from the date issued. Buyer pays for return shipping. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If the merchandise is tested by our RMA Department and there is no problem,
customer needs to take it back at their shipping expense, any canceled order
will be charged 25% or $25 restocking fee, which ever is greater. For all replacement orders, we will charge $15 or 15% (whichever greater) processing fee.
The customer who is buying Learn how to Install will have 25% of the restocking fee waived if he receives the wrong part diagnosis from us.
If a product proved to be defective, it will be either repaired or replaced
promptly. All products must be returned in the original cartons with all original
pieces, packing materials, and manuals with no markings on the box.
If you need an immediate replacement, a new purchase will be required. If the
returned product has been proved to be defective, we will credit back to you
the sales amount minus the used toner/ink cartridge.
Shipping: Everprint does not pay or is responsible for any good part returns.
Manuals,
print heads, and special order items are not returnable. Everprint International
is not responsible for any damages or lost goods incurred in transit.
We do not take any responsibility for the technical support if the ordered parts
still can not fix your printer problem
