Delivery Schedule:
No matter where you are in the Continental USA or any country all over the world, by using UPS, DHL, US Post Office, or FedEx you can expect to RECEIVE your order at the cheapest and fastest way.

Drop Shipments:
This is available to customers with approved credit terms, prepayment, or credit cards. There is no additional charge for this service, however these orders require a hardcopy P.O. faxed to us with the delivery information on it as an authorization to do so.

Backorders:
We stock what we catalog. If our inventory is depleted on an item, we will backorder it and ship it as soon as it is available.

Product Guarantee:
If a product proves to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced immediately. We must be notified of any product defective within 30 days following ship date. Refurbished products must be returned in the original cartons with all original pieces, packing materials, and manuals.

Restocking Fee:
Product returned as defective will be tested, if it is not defective it will be subject to a 25% or $25 ( which ever is greater ) restocking fee.

Returns:
Please contact an Everprint Service Department to obtain a return authorization number. The Customer RMA # is valid for 15 days from the date issued
