PRINTERS – 60 Days Warranty
- Everprint International Inc. provides Send-In Repair on HP Printers at a Flat Rate for all types of problems and models. Price varies according to the type of printer.
- Warranty provided with this option is as follows: Warranty does not cover consumable parts (e.g., printer heads, ink/toner cartridges, fuser assembly) or damage caused by misuse of the product. Labor and Part(s) that were repaired and/or replaced will have 60 Days Warranty. After repair, if the unit has another, separate issue, the 60 Days Warranty will cover only the cost of labor, but the part(s) will be payed by the customer.
- Please contact us within 10 business days if your printer is still not working after this repair is done.
PARTS – 90 Days Warranty
- Everprint International Inc. can also repair / refurbish most electrical & mechanical parts in the machines at a Flat Rate. Price varies according to the type of part.
- If our diagnostics prove your part to be in good working condition, your problem may be due to a malfunction of other parts in the machine. In this case, we will only charge the diagnostics fee, which is 25% of the flat rate.
- Warranty provided with this option is as follows: Labor and Part(s) that were repaired and/or replaced will have 90 Days Warranty. Consumable parts are not covered by warranty.
- Please contact us within 10 business days if your printer and/or parts are still not working after the parts repair is done.
Sending your HP printers or parts for repair
Please contact our Service Department by phone, e-mail or by filling out and submitting our Repair Form for a FREE initial consultation, diagnosis, and estimate. A preliminary invoice will be e-mailed to you with a unique Invoice Number. The Invoice Number will also be the tracking number for your order, so be sure to include it in all future correspondences to us.
We recommend that you download and complete our Repair Form to send in with your product. This will give us all the information that we will require to process the request for repair as quickly as possible. Alternatively, please ensure that you enclose a cover letter that includes your contact information and a clear description of the problem you are having. If applicable, please also include sample images that help to illustrate the malfunction you are experiencing.
Be certain that the product is well packed to ensure that it is sufficiently protected during transit to our company. We strongly recommend that you insure the package against loss or damage. Everprint International Inc. cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that occurs in transit to our repair center.
What happens next?
Your equipment will be booked in to our service system after arriving on our premises, and you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
Once repair is completed, a final invoice will be sent, and the goods will remain on our premises until the payment is received. If we do not receive payment within 30 calendar days of the date in which the merchandise was brought in, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods as we see fit.
