EverPrint.com will offer a refund on any item that is not imprinted as requested and/or approved on the original order. We cannot accept a return on an item because you don't like the colors, imprint layout or style you selected or if the imprint was not correct due to a typographical error on your part. We will however make a speedy replacement if we caused any typo or did not produce what you specified. Since all of our items are custom printed, you must be totally sure that the files and info you provide to us is what you want printed. Products that are defective or broken on our part will only be authorized for even exchanges of original orders or as credit towards future orders.

EverPrint.com will send you a proof of your art work and/or a confirmation via e-mail. It is your responsibility to provide a valid e-mail address so that you can receive the order confirmation and verify the information (color, imprint information, item number, quantity, shipping address, etc). If any change(s) and/or correction(s) is needed they must be submitted to everprint.com before you approve the order for production.

EverPrint.com will not be held responsible for any typographical error(s) if an approval confirmation was sent and no changes, corrections and/or additions were requested in a written, timely matter by the customer. Absolutely no merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number from everprint.com. Authorized returns must be made within 14 days from the time the order was received. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and unused.

CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT BACK AND ALL COSTS INVOLVED. Please ship using a carrier that provides you with a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS or FedEx. Everprint.com will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. SHIPPING COST AND SET-UP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOMIZED, SPECIAL and/or PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
